As we are offering bespoke and made-to-order items, only damaged / faulty goods will be considered for a return / refund

COMMUNICATION

Please notify Mirrors and Diamonds of any goods that have been damaged in transit or have arrived in a faulty state within 24 hours of receipt. You may use the CONTACT section on our website. Please take photos of the damage and the packaging or no return / refund will be considered. 

RETURNING THE ITEM

Please dispatch goods back to us by traceable post, including proof of purchase and reason for refund. Mirrors and Diamonds will not be responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please note, goods will only be considered for a refund if they are in the same state as when they arrived at the customer's end. The buyer will be liable for any additional / non-reported damage and loss in item value.

REFUND POLICY

On receipt of your returned items which satisfy the conditions above, we will make a refund to the full value of your purchase. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We aim to action all refunds within 2 working days from receipt of the returned good.
