Customers needing to cancel an order should do so via our CONTACT page within the first 48 hours after purchasing.
Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will be refunded in full.
Orders cancelled after dispatch will need to be returned to Mirrors and Diamonds in 'as new' condition at the customers expense. The value of the order, excluding the initial shipping cost and 10% administrative charge, will be refunded to the card from which payment was originally made.
